Hey there, I'm Katelyn - I live in the countryside with my husband, three beloved pets, and a growing army of chickens. By day, I work for the Education Department, and by night, you’ll find me tucked away in my studio, creating something colourful and fun.

I’m the person behind Emalyn’s social media presence—so if you’re chatting with us on Instagram, it’s most likely me! When I’m not posting updates, I’m pouring my creativity into crafting bright, playful, and uniquely handcrafted earrings that add a pop of personality to any style. I love juggling multiple projects at once—it keeps life lively and interesting.

Hi, I’m Emma-Lee — an artist based in New Norfolk, Tasmania. For the past two years, I’ve been living my lifelong dream of being a full-time creative and I love making beautiful, joy-filled artwork inspired by Tasmania’s native flora and fauna. My pieces are designed to spark happiness and connection with nature in a fun, explorative way.

Before becoming an artist, I worked as an executive assistant — but after losing my beloved mum, I decided life was too short not to follow my passion, and I’ve never looked back. These days, you’ll find me painting murals, creating original artworks and commissions, hand-painting jewellery, and running fun art workshops.

When I’m not in the painting, I can be found in my veggie garden, swimming in the Derwent River or snuggled up with my two cheeky sausage dogs and a lovely cup of tea.
