Introducing me, out here trying to survive.

Hey there! I'm Katelyn, I am owner of Emalyn Studio and I call the beautiful countryside of Tasmania home. It's me, my husband Jeremy, our two cats, and Scout, our currently as I write this very heavily pregnant golden retriever who's basically the definition of perfection. Yep, life's pretty sweet out here on our acreage, even if we're living in a tiny home that keeps things interesting.

Now, let me tell you a bit about what makes me tick. I've got this love for making things, whether it's handcrafting jewellery or whipping up some sewn goods. Oh, and you'll occasionally find me in the kitchen too, preserving local produce or diving into the world of sourdough baking.

My designs? They're like a snapshot of the chaos that is my brain—always jumping from one thing to another. Running a business? Yeah, it's a rollercoaster of challenges and joys. I'm a one-man show, handling everything from photography to marketing to sales, and a whole lot more, before I even get a chance to create.

But hey, that's the beauty of it, right? So, come along on this journey with me as I navigate the ups and downs of tiny home living, running my own business, and just simply surviving. It's a bit wild, but I wouldn't have it any other way!
