Ptunarra Child and Family Learning Centre Murals

Ptunarra Child and Family Learning Centre Murals

This cute and colourful mural celebrates Tasmania’s unique little critters, including a wombat, devil, blue wren and platypus! It also features the Ptunarra Butterfly, from which the centre draws its name.

Surrounding these sweet little creatures are flowers native to Tasmania, all set against a dark grey background. Painted directly onto the front fence which faces a main road, this mural was a joy to create as I was able to engage directly with the locals and hear how the mural was brightening up their day.

If you have been wanting to check out my murals in person, visit 52 Blair Street, New Norfolk. You wont even have to get out of the car to appreciate this cheery mural.
